Minimix Ltd regards customer satisfaction as its main goal to ensure continued business growth and profitability. This is achieved by the operation of a quality management system to the latest editions of BS EN ISO 9001.

The management of Minimix Ltd are committed to the on-going maintenance of the quality system and to the involvement of all staff, in the operation of the system.

The company's objective is to provide a prompt and efficient service of quality product that meets customer's requirements and is fit for its intended purpose, at the most economical price.

This objective shall be achieved by ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and that documented procedures are used to control all activities within the company. Internal audits provide verification that procedures are being adhered to and senior management reviews the Quality System at regular intervals to confirm its effectiveness.

This level of control ensures that procedures are provided in an efficient and economic sequence of activities and meets specified requirements.

The Management Representative for the Quality System is the Managing Director. In this role he is responsible for ensuring that requirements of the documented Quality System are implemented and maintained throughout the Company.
